recoil is a fully integrated dynamics simulation tool that works seamlessly with modo's Deformers and Falloffs. It can be used to automatically simulate rigid body interactions between objects, as well as Soft Body deformations of non-rigid surfaces. recoil includes robust collision detection, with the addition of constraints, including hinges, motors and springs, and dynamic forces, where a wide variety of actions can be simulated and rendered directly in modo. Based on the open source Bullet Physics Rigid Body Dynamics engine, recoil is simple to use and fast, able to simulate simple to complex setups in record time.
